Come dine at The Caf, which offers full meal service to students, staff and faculty. We feature our Lone Star Deli with a build your own sandwich or wrap, with chips. Mama Buffs serves the chefs entree of the day complete with a vegetable and starch. West Texas Pies features delicious Cheese Pizza and the Pizza of the day. The High Plains Grill is where you pick up a cheeseburger, fries or another featured hot grilled sandwich. The Pasture Salad Bar will continue to offer fresh made salads, fruit, yogurt or fresh fruit smoothies for breakfast. At our Buff Bakery dessert station you will find fresh baked cookies, cereal bars or other creations from our baker. We also have a new allergen friendly station, True Balance, where each day we offer a balanced meal made without any of the top 9 allergens by our AllerTrained chefs.
